These Terms and Conditions apply to this website and to Intuitive Body Practice, Group, Private, and Immersive. They are offered by The Acu PT Company LLC, doing business as Intuitive Practice Collective ("we," "us"). By using this website or booking any offer, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book a session.

What Intuitive Body Practice Is

Intuitive Body Practice is for personal growth. It draws on movement, breath, reflection, and the Chinese Five Element tradition. It is not medical, physical therapy, acupuncture, or mental health care, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition. Taking part does not create a clinical or therapeutic relationship with Jhoanna Rae Marquez in her capacity as a licensed physical therapist or doctor of acupuncture. Your Responsibility

You agree to tell us about any health condition, injury, or pregnancy that could affect your ability to take part in movement or breath practices. You choose how much to take part in any practice, and you may stop or rest at any time. You are responsible for your own health decisions.

The Offers

Intuitive Body Practice, Group. A live online gathering of up to 10 women, held seasonally. Each gathering is 90 minutes. The fee is paid per gathering.

Intuitive Body Practice, Private. An individual online session of 60 minutes, offered as a first session and follow-up sessions.

Intuitive Body Practice, Immersive. An individual online program of at least six weeks, with the option to extend. The length, schedule, and fees are agreed on a call and set out in a separate written agreement, which also applies.

Prices are listed on this website and may change. A change will not affect a session you have already paid for.

Booking and Payment

Booking, scheduling, and payment are completed through CoachPro Tools, and payment is processed by Stripe. Fees are due in full when you book unless a separate agreement says otherwise. We do not store your payment card details.

Online Sessions

Sessions take place by live video. You are responsible for a working internet connection and a private, safe space to take part. Please do not take part while driving. If a technical problem on our side prevents a session from going ahead, we will reschedule it at no cost.

Recording and Privacy in Group Sessions

Please do not record, screenshot, or share any part of a Group session. What other participants share in a Group session is private, and we ask you to keep it that way. We may remove anyone from a Group session who disrupts it or makes it unsafe for others, without a refund.

Cancellation and Refunds

Group. If you cancel more than 48 hours before a gathering, you will receive a full refund or a credit toward a future gathering. Cancellations within 48 hours are not refundable.

Private. If you cancel more than 24 hours before a session, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours, and missed sessions without notice, are not refundable. You may reschedule with at least 24 hours notice.

Immersive. A non-refundable deposit holds your place. If you withdraw after paying the deposit and before the program begins, the remaining balance will not be charged. No refunds are given once the program has started. In exceptional circumstances, we may offer a refund or credit at our discretion.

If we need to cancel or reschedule a session, you may choose a new time or a full refund for that session.

Intellectual Property

The Intuitive Body Method and its four steps, Insight, Initiate, Instill, and Integrate, along with Intuitive Body Practice, the Elemental Practice Quiz and its archetypes, written content, session materials, and brand names, belong to us. You may use materials we give you for your own personal practice. You may not copy, share, sell, or teach them without our written permission.

No Guarantee of Results

Experiences vary from person to person. We do not promise any specific outcome.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, we and Jhoanna Rae Marquez are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or your participation in any offer. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the offer the claim relates to.

Third Party Services

This website and our offers use outside services, including Replicants (website), CoachPro Tools (scheduling, sessions, and payment), Stripe (payment processing), Granola (backup transcription), Google Workspace (email), Moosend (newsletter), Paperform (quiz), and WhatsApp (announcements). Each operates under its own terms and privacy policy, and we are not responsible for their practices.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Pennsylvania.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Booking after a change means you accept the updated terms.
