Intuitive Body Practice, offered by Intuitive Practice Collective
Last updated: October 27, 2026
For personal growth only
Intuitive Body Practice, Group, Private, and Immersive, along with everything on this website, is offered for education and personal growth. It draws on movement, breath, reflection, and the Chinese Five Element tradition.
It is not medical care, physical therapy, acupuncture, psychotherapy, or any other clinical or mental health service. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physical or mental health condition, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed professional.
About my credentials
Jhoanna Rae Marquez is a licensed physical therapist and holds a Doctor of Acupuncture degree. When she offers Intuitive Body Practice, she is not acting as your physical therapist or acupuncturist. Taking part does not create a clinical or therapeutic relationship, and no physical therapy or acupuncture services are provided.
Check with your health care provider
Please talk with your doctor or another qualified provider before starting any new movement or breath practice, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from an injury or surgery, or living with a heart, lung, or other medical condition. Never ignore or delay professional advice because of something you read here or heard in a session.
Listen to your body
Every practice is optional. You choose how much to take part, and you may rest, change a movement, or stop at any time. If you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or distress, stop and seek help if you need it. By taking part, you accept responsibility for your own choices and wellbeing.
If you are in crisis
Intuitive Body Practice is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in danger or having a medical emergency, call 911. If you are struggling with thoughts of harming yourself, call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline in the United States.
No guaranteed results
Experiences vary from person to person. No specific outcome is promised.
