This website and the Intuitive Body Practice offerings are owned and operated by The Acu PT Company LLC, doing business as Intuitive Practice Collective ("we," "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit this website or take part in Intuitive Body Practice, Group, Private, or Immersive, and how we use and protect it.

Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to offer and deliver our services.

• Contact details you give us, such as your name, email address, and phone number.
• Booking and enrollment details, such as the offer you choose and your session dates.
• Information you choose to share during sessions, along with session notes and transcripts.
• Your answers to the Elemental Practice Quiz, if you take it.
• Payment information, which is processed by Stripe through CoachPro Tools. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Basic website data, such as pages visited and device type, collected through cookies and similar tools.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your questions.
• To schedule, deliver, and keep records of your sessions.
• To process payments.
• To send you information about the offers you enrolled in.
• To send newsletters or updates, only if you agreed to receive them.
• To understand how visitors use this website so we can improve it.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Sessions and Session Records

Sessions are hosted, scheduled, and recorded in CoachPro Tools. CoachPro Tools uses AI to transcribe sessions and write notes and summaries from them. Granola, an AI note-taking tool, may also transcribe sessions as a backup. Your notes are kept in CoachPro Tools, and you may ask for a copy at any time. You may opt out of AI transcription by telling us, and notes will be taken by hand instead.

In Group sessions, other participants will see and hear you. We ask every participant to keep what others share private, but we cannot guarantee it. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing in a group.

Email and Messages

Email related to your enrollment is sent through Google Workspace. If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is stored in Moosend, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Announcements may also be shared through a WhatsApp Community channel. Joining is optional, and your phone number and profile are handled under WhatsApp's privacy policy.

Website Hosting, Cookies, and Analytics

This website is built and hosted on Replicants. Replicants and our analytics tools may use cookies to keep the site working and to measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as expected if you do.

Service Providers

We share information only with the providers we use to run our services: Replicants (website), CoachPro Tools (scheduling, sessions, notes, and payments), Stripe (payment processing), Granola (backup transcription), Google Workspace (email), Moosend (newsletter), Paperform (quiz), and WhatsApp (announcements). Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy. We may also share information if the law requires it.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep session records and contact details for as long as you are working with us and for a reasonable period after, unless you ask us to delete them or the law requires us to keep them longer.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including password-protected accounts and limited access. No method of storing or sending data online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices and Rights

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You may also opt out of marketing emails and AI transcription at any time. To make a request, email hello@intuitivepractice.co.

Age

Intuitive Body Practice is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

This website links to other sites, including intuitivepractice.co and the booking and payment pages of our providers. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
